Getting Started is easy:
- First you should Register for an Account.
- Next You’ll need to check your email. Within a few minutes you should receive an automated email (if you don’t see it in your inbox within a couple minutes, check your Junk Mail folder). Open this email and click the link inside to complete your registration.
- Create Your Website using standard HTML, like you’d create any other website.
- Log in to your Website Administration Interface by clicking the “Log In” link on the ByteBooth homepage.
- Once inside the Website Administration Interface, select “File Manager”. Then select “Public HTML”. You should now be inside the directory that manages your website. You can add and remove files using the command buttons on the page right from your browser!
- That’s it! Send your website out to your friends and tell everyone about it on the ByteBooth Discussion group.
Advanced Users can use a standard FTP interface!
- Complete steps 1 and 2 above to create an account.
- Next you will need an FTP program. We Recommend using CoreFTP. To download & install the most recent copy - Click Here.
- Create Your Website using standard HTML, like you’d create any other website.
- Upload Your website via FTP (Connection details were included in your welcome email).
- That’s it! Send your website out to your friends and tell everyone about it on the ByteBooth Discussion group.
